You don’t have to handle everything on your own.

A player’s development is about more than training, technique and results. Confidence, resilience, relationships and wellbeing matter just as much.

Thanks to our collaboration with Wellbefi, we enable you to connect with a psychologist – professional online support whenever you need it.

On the other side is a person – a psychologist who will listen to you.

Everyday support

There is room for what feels difficult right now.

Sport builds character, but it can also bring pressure, stress and comparisons. Beyond the court, there is school, relationships, emotions, focus, motivation and difficult family situations.

  • pressure and stress
  • emotions and relationships
  • motivation and focus
  • fear of making mistakes

Not just for players

Support for the whole WB community.

Players

A space to talk about emotions, pressure or whatever is weighing on you.

Parents

When you are worried about your child’s behaviour, stress, relationships or challenges you are unsure how to navigate.

Coaches

For communication, motivation, emotions and challenges that arise within the team.

The Online Psychologist provides immediate psychological support. It does not replace psychotherapy or long-term treatment if that is needed.

When assessment or psychotherapy is needed

Contact a local child and adolescent psychological and psychotherapy care centre. It can provide psychological assessment, individual or family psychotherapy, and community-based support.

A referral is not required. For people under 18, consent from a legal guardian is generally required.

When life or health is at risk

In an immediate emergency, or if there are suicidal thoughts or intentions:

  • Call the emergency number 112, or
  • Go to the nearest hospital admissions unit with a child psychiatry ward, or to an emergency department.
