Warsaw Basketball Select
Warsaw Basketball Select is a program for players who want to train more intensively and compete at a higher level.
We invite to Select groups players who stand out with their commitment, consistency, and skills during training sessions and league games. This is the next step in the development of Warsaw Basketball players.
How is Select different?
In Select groups:
- training sessions are more demanding,
- the pace of classes is higher,
- we place greater emphasis on individual development,
- players compete more often against strong opponents,
- we regularly monitor athletic progress.
However, we still care about a good atmosphere and the joy of playing. We want players to develop athletically without unnecessary pressure.
We also run several Warsaw Basketball Elite groups, where the most advanced players train.
How do you get into Select?
We do not run open registration for Select groups.
Invitations are received by players who show a high athletic level and the right attitude during training sessions and Draft® leagues.
We observe, among other things:
- basketball skills,
- commitment,
- consistency,
- behavior during training sessions and games,
- approach to work and cooperation with the team.

Warsaw Basketball Representation Squad
The best players from Select groups may be called up to the Warsaw Basketball Representation Squad (Kadra WB).
The Squad takes part in official WOZKosz competitions and represents the club in matches and tournaments.
Call-ups are based, among other things, on commitment, league results, and fitness test results.
