Warsaw Basketball Representation Squad

For the most committed players

The Warsaw Basketball Representation Squad represents the highest level of athletic development in our training system.

The Squad includes players from Select groups who achieve the best sports results and regularly confirm their level in training and matches.

The Representation Squad represents Warsaw Basketball in official WOZKosz competitions.

Clear call-up system

We want every player to know what call-ups depend on.

That is why we created a transparent system based on:

  • performances in Draft® leagues,
  • match results,
  • basketball tests,
  • fitness tests,
  • commitment and consistency.

We update the player rankings every month.

The best players receive a place in the Squad roster and call-ups for matches and tournaments.

WOZKosz competitions

The Representation Warsaw Basketball Squad takes part in official competitions of the Warsaw District Basketball Association.

This is an opportunity to compete with strong clubs and gain valuable game experience.

Players learn:

  • playing under pressure,
  • responsibility for the team,
  • regular sports work,
  • functioning in a more demanding environment.

Squad training and organization

Squad players take part in additional squad trainings and sports tests.

🏀 Squad trainings are mandatory.

If a player cannot attend training, please send an email before the session to:

Players present at training and those without a reported absence will be charged in Pagaspot.

Fees

💵 Participation in the WB Representation Squad is paid:

  • squad training — 33 PLN
  • match or tournament — approx. 70–100 PLN
    (the rate depends on the category and type of event)

Additional fees are charged in the Pagaspot system.

Call-ups for matches and tournaments

✉️ About a week before a match or tournament, we send a form for:

  • confirming participation,
  • making payment,
  • reporting absence.

⚠️ Late acceptance of call-ups makes it harder to organize and call up additional players.

Participation in a match without completing the form involves an administrative fee of +10 PLN added in Pagaspot.
