The companies cooperate in the organization of training, sports leagues and basketball camps. Depending on the type of service, one of the companies may be the administrator of personal data.
Responsibilities:
Draft Sport Sp. z o.o. In particular, it is responsible for:
- Training and winter camps Warsaw Basketball
- Sports leagues (e.g. Dzika Liga, Girls League, Warsaw Basketball Divisions, Draft Liga, Basket 36+, Grid 36+)
- Draft Camp sports camps
- Websites related to these projects
Klub Sportowy Draft Sp. z o.o. In particular, it is responsible for:
- Warsaw Basketball Select groups
- Warsaw Basketball Select staff
- Participation of players in union competitions (e.g. Wozkosz)

2. Scope of processed data
Depending on the way we use our services, we may process the following data:
- first name and last name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- data of the participant of activities or events (e.g. a child)
- year or date of birth
- Sports information (e.g. team, match statistics)
- Payment details
- Image captured in photos or videos
The data is provided voluntarily, but may be necessary to participate in training, leagues, camps or other events organized by administrators.
3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data is processed in particular for the purpose of:
- organization of sports training, leagues and camps
- keeping participants’ records
- organizational contact with participants or parents
- Payment and billing handling
- keeping sports statistics and match results
- publishing reports from sports events
- running websites and analyzing website traffic
- promotion of sports events and the activities of the organizers
The basis for data processing may be:
- performance of the contract or taking actions before its conclusion (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)

4. Image
During trainings, matches, tournaments and camps, photos and videos documenting sports events are taken.
These materials may be published, among others:
- on websites
- on social media
- in promotional materials
- in reports from sports events
Consolidating the image of participants is an element of documenting sports events and promoting the sports activities of the organizers.

5. Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with administrators to the extent necessary to provide services, in particular:
- IT system suppliers
- payment operators
- registration form providers
- hosting companies
- analytical tools suppliers
- accounting and organizational entities
These entities process data only on the basis of relevant contracts and in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Data transfer outside the European Economic Area
Some IT tools used by administrators may involve the transfer of data to third countries, in particular to the United States.
In such cases, the data is provided with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
